This tips had a living proof based on own my dad, he’s almost 60 years old right now and yet still look like 40 something.
One day my dad took me to his high school alumni, then it makes me realise that he looks younger than everyone else in the room, and of course i’m not included =.=
also i added up skincare and sunblock, because we’re woman and we need to boost our beautiful healthy looking skin!!

1. drink at least 8 glass per day of waters
water water water, our human body contain 60% of water. Drinking the right amount of water will help your body to get rid from toxins, increase the level of your skin moisture, and many other benefit.
2. get a good night sleep
I get it most of us likely to stay at night, either mingle or playing gadget. However, our body need to rest. If you are one of the people who work all day and night to buy high end skincare, I need to remind you that it is a BIG waste.
3. exercise
Yes .. there’s no denied.. you have to, there ain’t no other way. Your body need to sweat, your heart need to be pumped. The more healthier your body the more your skin to glow.
There a lot different type of sports, and the work is to find the one that suite you the most, then build your commitment.
4. wear sunscreen
Uva,b,c are bad for your skin. However, I don’t use sunblock every day, I only use it when it’s too sunny or when I will spent a lot time outside the building.
5. cleanse your face right
It didn’t mean that you have to wash your face 4 times a day… too much cleansing also can damage your skin.
I washed my face 2 times in one day, morning and before I go to bed. The reason that is so important because we woman love to wear makeup and some of the makeup chemicals are hard to cleanse.
Left over makeup can be toxins for our healthy skin
I have 3 steps of cleansing my make up ; First is using the oil based makeup cleanser for the eyes and lip, Second is micellar water for the skin, And the last one is face wash.
6. try to reduce eating fast food
the point is to reduce any food that come out from factories; such a biscuit, instant noodles,canned drinks… because you want your skin to look natural, and things thats goes in also goes out.
Take some time to look at the back or side of the packaging and look at the real ingredients actually goes into your body.
I know its hard to eat clean in this century, where everything in the store are already packed and taste amazing! but please think about it again and you’ll understand my point.
7. Think more things that can makes you happy
Bad thoughts only make your face uglier. You can always recognised when your loved one feeling unhappy, people are shining when they are in joy. We are made to be joyful. The thought that can steal your joy are the negative thoughts such as ; worried.
Maybe good days don’t come every day but that’s just how life is. That’s why we have to learn to control our hearts and minds. The fact is when bad things comes we cant control our situation, But we can control our respond and that is the choice we should make. Remember that bad situation are only temporary, as long as we still breathing there always a way out.
